WBD Business Resource Groups (BRGs) Program

I support the expansion and governance of WBD’s Business Resource Group (BRGs) program, impacting 7,500+ employees worldwide. From campaign development and execution to collaborating with senior leadership across regions, I help shape BRG program direction, enhance scalability, and drive inclusion for all.

Across these projects, I support BRGs' programming by crafting compelling copy for Moments that Matter, BRG Highlights, and a global connection initiative, creating assets/working with external designers, and promoting BRG activations to connect employees to cultural moments, inclusion resources, and community-building opportunities.

• 2024 Global Moments that Matter: Internal campaign supporting BRGs’ key cultural observances.
  • Copy for Chief Inclusion Officer (e.g., World Mental Health Day, International Day of Persons with Disabilities) and SharePoint management.
• 2024 BRGs Wrapped: Year-end recap celebrating BRGs’ programming and impact.
  • Recap copy, organized content, and designed layout (PDF/presentation + video).
• 2025 BRG Highlights: Mid-year and year-end recap celebrating BRGs’ programming and impact.
  • Recap copy, organized content, liaised with external designers to produce final materials (PDF/presentation, animated video).
• 2026 BRGs Global Connect – Game of BRGs: Ultimate Trivia: Global connection initiative, bringing together BRG leaders in a light, competition-style game to celebrate successes, hone BRG values, and test knowledge.
  • Co-developed trivia concept/approach, categories, questions/answers, discussion prompts, facilitator guide; liaised w/ external designers to create promotional materials.

I contributed to BRGs’ operational strategy by helping shape governance, framework, and guidance that support BRGs’ programming and structure.
