Project Coordination

• Orchestrated cross-functional support for two project leads, managing timelines, deliverables, and information flow
• Co-built and maintained inventory tracker to organize work packages and track progress across workstream
• Created sorting decks and overview materials to clarify priorities and communicate status to stakeholders

Key Deliverables I Supported:

• UX/UI Design: User journeys, personas, site maps, wireframes, draft SharePoint pages
• Knowledge Library/Repository: Complete organization of Inclusion resources with metadata management, tagging, filtering/views
• SharePoint Implementation: Draft pages and structured content to support workstream documentation and knowledge sharing
