Global hub showcasing WBD’s inclusion initiatives, BRG programming, learning resources, and news for employees worldwide.
Role/Scope:
- Spearheaded site design, launch, and ongoing management of the Inclusion SharePoint hub
- Applied UX/UI principles including user personas, site maps, and wireframes to optimize navigation and functionality
- Built and maintain document libraries with permissions, metadata, filters, and structured resource organization
Key Features I Created:
- Homepage: Global/regional news and events (e.g. International Women’s Day/Women’s History Month, WBD BRG Highlights, Celebrating Pride, Paris 2024 Olympics Recap)
- BRGs Page: Program overview, global footprint, join information
- Global Inclusion Learnings Page: Access guidance and resource navigation
- Document Libraries: Permissions management, metadata tagging, structured filtering/views
